Time-Out Cottages are two self-contained cottages nestled behind native bush, at the gateway to the world famous Fiordland Heritage Park.

There are the famous walking tracks close by, including the Kepler and the Milford.

Within a 5-minute walk you'll find a shop, cafe and garage.

In the area you can try kayaking, fishing by yourself or as part of a charter or walking small tracks. You can also hire row boats, take a cruise over to the power station and over to Doubtful Sound, go swimming or play tennis

A short 20-minute drive will take you to Te Anau, where the choices are endless.

Or you could just want to relax on the beaches of our beautiful Lake Manapouri.
